    Academy Schedule Week 1 (9/26/2019): History, Background and Class Requirements Week 2 (10/3/2019): Law and Crime Prevention and Community Programs Week 3 (10/10/2019): Patrol Division Week 4 (10/17/2019): Animal Control, K-9, and Narcotics Week 5 (10/24/2019): Criminal Investigation Division Week 6 (10/31/2019): Force on Force and Firearms Week 7 (11/7/2019): Defense Tactics and Use of Force Week 8 (11/14/2019): Graduation Ceremony Classes are comprehensive covering different areas of police work weekly. Police Officers, their supervisors, and civilian professionals will present the classes. Ride alongs are not required but preferred.
