Zoning Board of Adjustments

The Zoning Board of Adjustment hears and makes a decision including appeals that allege error in a violation made by an administrative official, on special exceptions to the terms of a zoning ordinance, authorization of a variance from the terms of a zoning ordinance, and other matters authorized by an ordinance.

  • Must meet at least once a year
  • Meetings are held on the fourth Tuesday of the month beginning at 6:00 P.M. (Be aware that time, date, and location are subject to change, see current agenda link below to confirm information on a specific meeting)
  • Shall be composed of five regular members and four alternate members
  • Members are appointed by City Council
  • Must be a citizen of Robinson during service
