National Night Out is “America’s Night Out Against Crime”. This event is meant to increase awareness about police programs in communities such as drug prevention, town watch, neighborhood watch, and other anti-crime efforts. Not to mention a great way to meet those neighbors you’ve been meaning to say hi to.
We Welcome Businesses to Participate
We welcome you and your business to participate by setting up a booth free of charge. We would like to encourage you to bring items to advertise your business and promote crime prevention. Games, demonstrations, or any other activities are always a great idea. However, National Night Out is a free community event. Merchandise sales are prohibited. The exception is if you are a food vendor and interested in selling food or drinks, please contact Destiny Delillo at (254) 662-1415.
If you would like to set up a booth, you will need to bring your own table and chairs. There are a limited amount of electrical sockets at the park, so if you are planning on bringing some super cool thing that devours electricity you will need to contact Chris Lopez prior to the event or bring your own generator. We ask that anyone interested in setting up a booth contact Chris Lopez before Friday, July 5th.
