The City, along with our consulting engineers, is developing an aggressive Pavement Management Program. One of the biggest challenges municipalities face is the ability to secure adequate resources and funding necessary to effectively maintain a Pavement Management Program, while working with extremely challenging soil and subgrade conditions, while sustaining the maintenance, operations, and growing needs of all other areas within our community.
