TEC’s Filing Application can be used to prepare a PDF version of a campaign finance report (Form C/OH). Select “Local Authority” and follow the steps to set up an account and login to the application. Section 9 on the report is where you will select the report type that is being submitted. The report can also be found within the candidate packet on pg. 49. Once the report is completed, print out a copy, add treasurer's information, get it notarized, and then file it with the city secretary.
