The City of Robinson is excited to announce the launch of a statistically valid survey aimed at collecting valuable insights and feedback from its residents. The information provided by residents in this survey will be used to improve existing programs and services and help determine long-range planning and investment decisions.
The survey, conducted by the ETC Institute, a renowned private market research firm specializing in government organizations, is designed to gather opinions on a range of topics affecting Robinson’s residents. A randomly selected sample of Robinson households will receive the survey via mail, along with a postage-paid return reply envelope, enabling them to conveniently share their perspectives. Additionally, recipients will have the option to complete the survey online at RobinsonSurvey.org.
To ensure a comprehensive outreach effort, residents may also receive the survey invitation through various channels such as text messages, emails, or phone calls from ETC Institute. The survey's promotion will also extend to online platforms including some resident’s social media feeds.
"We believe residents' voices are pivotal in shaping our community's future. This survey empowers households to contribute to the decision-making process," said Bert Echterling, Mayor for the City of Robinson. "We encourage residents to participate and provide their candid feedback to help us better serve the needs of our diverse community."
ETC Institute's project manager, Ryan Murray, expressed enthusiasm about collaborating with the City of Robinson on this initiative. "As the nation's leader in market research for government organizations, ETC Institute is committed to maintaining the highest standards of survey administration. We assure residents that all responses will remain completely anonymous, enabling honest and uninhibited feedback."
